Dua Companion · Last updated July 15, 2026
Dua Companion is built to be a private space between you and your du'as. This policy explains what information the app handles and what happens to it.
Your first name (if you choose to share it) and your saved du'as are stored only on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this information.
When you use the search feature to describe what you are going through, the text you type is sent securely to our server, which passes it to an AI service (Anthropic) to find matching du'as from our database. Your search text is used only to answer that request. We do not store your searches, we do not build a profile of you, and searches are not linked to your identity.
Dua Companion has no accounts and no sign-in. We do not collect personal information, we do not use analytics or advertising trackers, we do not sell or share data with third parties, and we do not send marketing communications.
Dua Companion does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date above.
Questions about privacy can be sent to hello@duacompanion.app.
